Terms & Disclaimer

These terms apply to your use of this website. The website provides general consumer information, buying guidance and links to third-party retailers and services. It does not sell the featured products directly.

General information only

We aim to make the information on this website useful and reasonably accurate, but products, specifications, availability, prices, offers and other details can change. Information on this website should therefore be checked against the current information supplied by the manufacturer, retailer or service provider before you make a purchase or other decision.

No medical or personalised dietary advice

Any health, nutrition, food or dietary information on this website is general information only and is not medical, nutritional or dietetic advice tailored to you. It should not be relied upon to diagnose, prevent or treat a medical condition. If you have medical concerns, swallowing difficulties, allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions or are considering a significant dietary change, seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Product information and suitability

Always read the current product label, ingredients, allergen information, nutritional information, instructions, preparation directions, warnings and other information supplied with a product. You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your own circumstances and intended use.

Prices, savings and comparisons

Any prices, savings, serving costs or other comparisons shown on this website are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise. They may be based on the assumptions shown alongside them and should not be treated as a guarantee of the price or saving available when you visit a retailer. Retailers, sellers and service providers may change prices, delivery charges, availability and promotional offers at any time.

Affiliate links

This website contains affiliate links. If you follow an affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase, registration or other qualifying action, the site operator may receive a commission or referral payment. This does not increase the price charged to you by the retailer because of our affiliate link.

For further information, please see our Affiliate Disclosure.

External websites and retailers

Links to Amazon.co.uk and other external websites are provided for convenience and to help visitors find relevant products, categories, information or services. Once you follow an external link, the destination website is responsible for its own content, products, prices, availability, terms, privacy practices, payment processing, delivery, returns and customer service.

A link to an external website does not mean that we control that website or guarantee every product, seller, claim or piece of information appearing there.

Editorial independence

Participation in an affiliate programme does not mean that every product or service mentioned on this website is recommended. Our aim is to help visitors understand relevant choices and decide what may suit their own requirements. Affiliate arrangements do not give a retailer control over our editorial content.

Availability of this website

We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Pages, links and features may occasionally be unavailable, changed, corrected or removed for maintenance, technical or other reasons.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, the website and its content are provided for general informational purposes and the site operator is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on information that has become inaccurate because a third party has changed a product, price, specification, offer or other information after publication.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the original text, layout and other original website content are owned by or licensed to the site operator. Third-party names, trademarks, logos and other materials remain the property of their respective owners. You may view and use this website for normal personal use, but you should not reproduce substantial parts of its original content for commercial use without permission.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the website, its services, affiliate arrangements or applicable requirements change. The version displayed on this page is the version that applies to use of the website at that time.
